The new XC6223 series from Torex offers not only fast transient response performance coupled with low drop-out voltage, it also features inrush current protection as well as thermal shutdown protection.
Output voltages can be selected in 50mV steps within a range of 1.2V~4.0V and the operating voltage range of the IC is between 1.6V~5.5V.
Available in SOT-89-5, SOT-25 & SSOT-24, the XC6223 will also soon be available in a tiny 1mm x 1mm x 0.4mm USPQ-4 package.
