The XC6121/XC6122/XC6123/XC6124 series are highly accurate, low power consumption CMOS voltage detectors with a watchdog function and ON/OFF control. By making use of the newly added EN/ENB pin the watchdog function can be turned OFF allowing the series to be used as a simple voltage detector.
The detect voltages are internally fixed between 1.6V ~ 5.0V in increments of 100mV, using laser trimming technology.
Three watchdog timeout period settings are available; 1.6s, 400ms & 100ms. Three release delay times are available; 400ms, 200ms & 100ms.
Available in SOT-25 & USP-6C packages.
