Ultra Low Ripple Buck Converters with Adj VOUT Option !
Not only does the XC9236 series offer 3MHz switching, 600mA output current, ripple voltages of less than 10mV and efficiencies of 92%, it is now available with an externally adjustable output voltage option. The new XC9236D & XC9236F have a reference voltage of 0.8V which enables users to set voltages externally from 0.9V using a resistor ladder. The XC9236F also offers a high speed soft-start function of 0.25msec. Minimum operating voltage with the new D/E/F/G versions is now 1.8V compared to 2.0V with the existing A/B/C versions.
All versions apart from the XC9236A also have a CL auto discharge function.
New D/E/F/G versions available in USP-6C packages only. A/B/C versions available in both SOT-25 & USP-6C packages.
