28V LDO voltage regulator which only consumes 5uA in operation ! The XC6216 is available in 6 different packages from the ultra small USP6C to TO-252. Output voltages are selectable within a range of 2V~12V (fixed) and 2V~23V (adjustable). Comes with built-in current limit and thermal shutdown circuits.
